classified advertisements, forums, various email functions and Internet links, and all content and Sraa3
services available through the domain and sub-domains of Sraa3 located at www.Sraa3.com (collectively
referred to herein as the "Website"), and (ii) the online transactions between those users of the
Website who are offering services (each, a "Service Professional") and those users of the Website who
are obtaining services (each, a "Service User") through the Website (such services, collectively. the
"Services"). The Terms of Use described below incorporates the Privacy Policy and applies to all users
of the Website, including users who are also contributors of video content, information, private and
public messages, advertisements, and other materials or services on the Website.
The Website is owned and operated by Sraa3 Technologies Pvt. Ltd
You acknowledge that the Website serves as a venue for the online distribution and publication of
user-submitted information between Service Professionals and Service Users, and, by using, visiting,
registering for, and/or otherwise participating in this Website, including the Services presented,
promoted, and displayed on the Website, and by clicking on "I have read and agree to the terms of use,"
you hereby certify that: (1) you are either a Service Professional or a prospective Service User, (2)
you have the authority to enter into these Terms of Use, (3) you authorize the transfer of payment for
Services requested through the use of the Website, and (4) you agree to be bound by all terms and
conditions of these Terms of Use and any other documents incorporated by reference herein. If you do not
so agree to the foregoing, you should not click to affirm your acceptance thereof, in which case you are
prohibited from accessing or using the Website. If you do not agree with any of the provisions set forth
in the Terms of Use, kindly discontinue viewing or participating in this Website immediately.

the amended Terms of Use at the domain of www.Sraa3.com/terms. If you do not accept the Terms of
Use, you should leave the Website and/or Sraa3 App and discontinue use of the Service immediately

General Registration Requirements

registry you may not receive any promotional messages from us
Subscriber Account, Password, and Security
- If you register on Sraa3, you will be required to choose a password and user name. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are
fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to:
- immediately notify Sraa3 of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other
breach of security, and
- ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session:
- never use any other Subscriber's account without prior authorization from Sraa3.
- Sraa3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this
Agreement.
User Information
- Sraa3 unique business model provides you with location-based service providers in a short span of
time. To facilitate this. You hereby authorize Sraa3 to use the location-based information provided
by any of the telecommunication companies when You use the mobile phone to make a booking. The
location-based information will be used only to facilitate and improve services for You
- if you use the Website or the App. You agree that information about Your use of the Sraa3 Website
and Sraa3 App through Your mobile telecommunication device may be communicated to us, and we may
obtain information about Your mobile carrier, Your mobile device. or Your physical location. By
accessing the Sraa3 App or Website using a mobile telecommunication device. You represent that to
the extent You import any of Your Sraa3 data to Your mobile telecommunication device that You have
the authority to share the transferred data with Your mobile carrier or another access provider, in
the event you change or deactivate Your mobile account. You must promptly update Your Sraa3 account
information to ensure that Your messages are not sent to the person that acquires Your old number
and fallure to do so is Your responsibility. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all
charges and necessary permissions related to accessing the Sraa3 App through Your mobile access
provider. Therefore, you should check with your provider to find out if our Website and Sraa3 App
are available and the terms for these services for Your specific mobile devices.
- Sraa3 reserves the right to collect user data including name, contact information and other details
to facilitate the Services or use of its Sraa3 App to avall Services
- Compilation of user accounts and user accounts bearing contact numbers and e-mail addresses are
owned by Sraa3
- In the case where the system is unable to establish the unique identity of the user against a valid
mobile number or e-mail address, the account shall be indefinitely suspended. Sraa3 reserves the
full discretion to suspend a user's account in the above event and does not have the liability to
share any account information whatsoever.
- We may record your telephone calls to our call centers.
Termination or Suspension
- You agree that sraad may at any time terminate your access to the Sraa3 App or Website or restrict
or suspend your access to all or any part of the Website or the App at any time, for any or no
reason, with or without prior notice, and without ability
- Sraa3 shall be entitled at any time without giving any reason to terminate the booking of services
done by You
Intellectual Property Rights
Atext, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel photographs,
music, sounds, images, software designs, typefaces and other content (collectively "Proprietary Material
that users see or read on the Service is owned by Sraak.com are used by persion Proprietary Material is

Proprietary Material as well as the coordination, selection, arrangement, and enhancement of such

the relevant right holder. The service marks and trademarks of Sraad.com including without limitation
Sraad.com and the Seaal.com logo are service marks owned by sraal.com. Any other trademarks, service
marks, logos and/or trade names appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy or use any of these marks, logos or trade names without the express prior written
consent of the owner
Security Components
V understand that our Website and Hj App and software embodied within the Website and Sral App may
include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and that use of these
materiais is subject to usage rules set by Sraal and/or content providers who ide content to Sras) You
may not attempt to override, disable, crcumvent or otherwise interfere with any such security components
and usage rules embedded in our platforms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Sraa3. com provides ten (10) days warranty of services with the limited liability of rework only.
Whether the work falls in the scope of warranty is at the sole discretion of Sraa3 com based on the
outcome of the inspection of Service provided.
- In the event any spare parts/materials are required to complete a task, you will need to provide
such spare parts/materials. You may request Sraa3 Service Providers to assist you with the same.
Please note, in all such circumstances, Sraa3 is not responsible for nor does Sraa3 make any
warranties as to the quality or fitness of the spare parts or materials. All issues and concerns
with the quality of the spare parts/materials should be with the manufacturer or seller.
- Sraa3 will not be a party to or anyway be responsible for monitoring any transactions between you
and party, including third-party professionals of products and services. As with the use of any
product or services, and the publishing or posting of any material through any medium or in any
environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.
Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sraa3, its directors, officers, employees,
agents, licensors, attorneys, independent contractors providers, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and
against any and all claim, loss, expense or demand of liability, including attorneys fees and costs
incurred, arising from your use or inability to use the services.
Sraa3 and Third Parties
You may be able to access links to third party sites from the Sraa3 App or Website. Third parties could
be advertisers, affiliate partners strategic partners, or others Staa3 expressly disclaims all
responsibilities for such third party links. We do not warrant the products or offerings of any of these
